With a shared account, you'll be able to use applications, that do not need root access and are not set up server-side, so in case you require particular software for your sites, you can't set it up on a shared server. This isn't the situation with a server of your own in which you can install anything you would like. The downside is that you may not have much experience and handling your own server is more difficult that managing a shared hosting account where the provider manages the majority of things. This is the reason why we offer an additional service for our hosting server plans called Installation & Troubleshooting and you may take full advantage of it any time you encounter any difficulties with the administration of your hosting server.

The upgrade comes with one hour of custom work on your web server, so if you obtain any of our
VPS servers solutions, you can take advantage of this service and have our admins do various tasks that you are unable to carry out yourself or you have no time. They could install and set up any piece of third-party software for you if the installation is challenging or they can troubleshoot any app that does not perform properly for some reason. You could add the upgrade to your package as many times as you desire depending on the time needed for a certain task and its complexity. Any remaining time will remain available in your account for the future and you shall be able to see how many minutes are left in your billing Control Panel. Our Managed Services upgrade features thirty minutes of custom work on your server as well, but if you need more than that, you could always add the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade with a few clicks through the billing area.

The upgrade is available with all of our
Linux dedicated service and as long as you add it, our knowledgeable admins shall be able to aid you with anything on your machine. Including setting up any third-party software that you might want to use on the web server and troubleshooting any script which performs poorly or doesn't run at all. Our upgrade includes one hour of work and if a specific task is not very time-consuming, we will add the remaining time to your account. You'll be able to check out how many minutes are left in your billing CP and use them whenever you need support again.
